Camerabarbarian

That's a funny word. And it has a special story. My girldfriend studies Media and she told me about a movie, and, because I had a way too bad English humour (and a bad ear), I heard, that it's like Camera-barbarian. The original words were: Conan the Barbarian. In Hungarian it's 'Conan, a barbár'. So I create a new word, with a new meaning: somebody, who works badly with a camera.

To cough in Dutch

Nowadays I have a cough. The evil kind of... Sometimes it seems or hears like a Dutch speaking, with full of larynghial sounds, and a lot of ch-s. At that time I said, it's like a cough in Dutch.

Куаранюжа

I will startd with this word: куаранюжа. It means, or it should be mean 'vocal cords' in Udmurt. Thuis was my first ever made new word. Why? and why exactly in Udmurt? It's simple. I was in Udmurtia in 2003 and I had a cyst in my vocal cords, so I wasn't able to sing the local songs with the others, because of this illness. And I tried to explain them, what is it. The word has two elements: куара + нюжа. The first means 'sound', the other means 'blade of grass'. It seems to be a vocal cord. I told about this word to an udmurt woman, she loved it, but no-one use this...
